Sematan beaches have a lot of seashells that are blown by the waves.

The view during the weekend trip to Sematan, a small fishing village about 1-1.5 hrs from Kuching city.

My new weekly habit : grounding in the ocean. My knees and muscles are aching a lot less when I do this.
