Another day in Damai for Earthing
As always, I'm at Damai Beach for my weekly Sunday earthing session. I can tell you that it's helped with my aches and pains as well as improving my flexibility. Earthing has helped me to squat completely and bend forward to touch the floor.

Little Stream heading into Ocean via Damai Beach
River mouth at Damai Beach. Building is where Damai Central is.
Overcast day and the little stream was flowing out very fast into the ocean.
Rocks by the Damai Beach
Top picture was what I couldn't take with Photosynth app. Just couldn't get the camera to orient itself to the horizon. Energy interference from all those rocks? Maybe. Or too many colors at once.
Bottom pic is with panoramic setting for iPhone camera.
The rocks are all exposed because of the heavy seas at night when it rains pretty hard.

Traditional indigenous cuisine - only way to go paleo
You haven't tried paleo until you come to Sarawak and eat the indigenous cuisine made from real jungle food.
Veggie dishes from jackfruit, wild tapioca leaves, palm shoots and chives.
Yum yum. Nom nom.

Christmas Cake
A different way to make sure people don't eat too much sweets during Christmas.
Make it so pretty that you wouldn't know how to cut it.

Shell decoration from Sematan
Sematan beaches have a lot of seashells that are blown by the waves.
If you want to contact the shellmaker, look for Roslan (mobile +60105394119). Note that he only speaks Malay.

Rock stacking again!
Weekly trip to Damai Beach.
My tallest rock stack to date. Over 4.5 ft.
Took about 30 min to build. Had to roll the lowest stone because I just couldn't lift it.

Village Bedroom
Simple bedroom in a village about 2 hours out of Kuching, Sarawak.
Simple skylight and great decor.
Who says you need to be in city to have a room like this?

Palm Beach Resort
The view during the weekend trip to Sematan, a small fishing village about 1-1.5 hrs from Kuching city.
My new weekly habit : grounding in the ocean. My knees and muscles are aching a lot less when I do this.
Beautiful beach and all. Fun fun!

Driftwood Woodgrain
Woodgrain of a driftwood found at the Telok Pandan Kecil beach at the Bako National Park.
Had a great day having a short 1 hr 10-ish min hike. The guide was great, helping along the way and being very courteous.

Hazy Days ahead
See the sky?
The result of traditional farming method of slash-and-burn combined with lack of rain and peat fires.
Borneo island has peat soil everywhere so once caught on air, only continuous rainfall will help fire and smoke low. The fire and smoke contributed to te haze.
Hopefully rains will come soon. API readings reaching 100 soon.
